All prices are incl. 25% VAT.
We process orders on all weekdays.
Orders received during the weekends or public holidays are subsequently processed daily.
Delivery 2-5 business days.
You get a "Track and Trace" number along with your order confirmation so you can follow your package.

The amount is first raised on your card when the item is shipped.
Our gift cards cannot be exchanged in whole or in part for cash.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have 14 days of cancellation right when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several goods on one order, which are delivered in several deliveries, the right of withdrawal applies from the day you receive the last delivery.
Your right of withdrawal implies that you notify you that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can use our return label here

You cannot undo your purchase by refusing to receive the goods without prior notice to us.
Right of cancellation in part of the purchase
If you have bought more goods with us, you have the opportunity to regret part of the purchase.
You will not be refunded freight costs if you totally or partially cancel your purchase.
Within the right of withdrawal, you can return some or all goods on an order.
You have to pay for the package to be returned, and you will cover any damages in the transport.
Product Condition When Returning
The item loses its value if you have used it in a different way than was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the product. If the item loses value, you can only get back part of the purchase amount.
We recommend that you gently pack the item out of the delivered cardboard tube. Then you can determine whether damage has occurred to the product by wrapping or shipping. Upon return, the goods are carefully rolled together and introduced into the delivered cardboard tube, which is then used for shipping.
Purchase Amount Refund
If you regret your purchase, you will be refunded your purchase amount. If the item has been impaired, we will deduct the amount for which you are liable.
As a starting point, we will return the money with the same means of payment that you used at the time of the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We may withhold payment until we have returned the item, unless you send us documentation to have returned it.

Right of withdrawal in business purchases
As a rule, there is no right of withdrawal on B2B business purchases.
The Purchase Acts defect rules apply to the purchase of goods.
When you shop with us as a consumer, you have the right to complain for 24 months.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, money back or a discount in the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must advertise within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you advertise within 2 months after the error is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) freight costs. The product must always be sent back in proper packaging and remember to get a receipt for shipment so that we can refund your shipping costs.
